Mrs. Esther Hutchinson

BATAVIA - Mrs. Esther Hutchinson, 85 of Verona Avenue, who taught for 38 years at Robert Morris School, died Monday (July 10, 1995) at the Batavia Nursing Home.

Mrs. Hutchinson was born Nov. 1, 1909, in North Pembroke, a daughter of the late Frank and Bertha Dunham Miller.

A graduate of Buffalo State Teachers' College, she was a member of the New York State Teachers' Association and Holland Land Office Historical Society.

Her husband, Norwood Hutchinson, died in 1952.

Surviving are a sister, Genevieve Gugino of Batavia; two nephews, Jerry Miller of Buffalo, and LaVerne Snell of California; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was a sister of the late Lawrence Miller.

There are no calling hours. Private services will be at the convenience of the family, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice Family Care or a charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements were completed by H.E.Turner and Co. Funeral Home.
